RiverTown Auction is owned and operated by Tom Sexton who is
licensed and bonded in the State of Louisiana, license #1911. We charge a 10%
- NO REFUNDS. All items sold AS IS with no guarantee.
- All items are sold WHERE IS. You own the item as soon
as you win the bid. We are not responsible for theft or damage
after the sale.
- A 10% Buyers Premium is added to your total purchase
if payment is made with cash or approved check. A 13% Buyers
Premium is added to your total purchase if payment is made with debit or

- A winning bid creates a legal contract to pay. You
must PAY IN FULL for all purchases before removing them from the
premises. We accept cash and validated debit/credit cards. NO
CHECKS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
- We HOLD items for pick-up only by specific agreement.
See the Cashier or Floor Boss to make pick-up arrangements. Items left
on our premises without notification, or not picked up as agreed, will
be disposed of.
- DO NOT attempt to buy or sell anything on these
premises without paying commission / buyers

- This is a reserve auction, meaning that some items
have a reserve price that must be met before the item can be sold. The reserve
price may or may not be announced by the auctioneer. The auctioneer and
the floor boss have the right to bid to protect the reserve. For
example, if the reserve on an item is $50, the floor boss may bid up to
$49 and then remove the item from the sale if no one bids $50.
- The Auctioneer declares the winning bidder and price,
and his decision is final.
House reserves the right to refuse service to any person at our discretion.
